My journey into therapy began as a client. Experiencing first-hand the impact that therapy had on my own life and relationships inspired me to train as a therapist myself.
What continues to draw me to this work is a deep curiosity about how people come to see themselves, how relationships shape us, and how we make sense of our experiences. I am particularly interested in the ways our early relationships can influence our sense of self, our expectations of others, and the patterns we find ourselves repeating throughout life.
I work with adults in both English and Polish. As a British and Polish citizen, I understand what it can be like to navigate different cultures, languages, and ways of belonging, and I bring this awareness into my work with clients.
Before training as a therapist, I spent over fifteen years working in media and publishing. That experience strengthened my interest in people, relationships, and the many different ways we experience and understand the world.
MY JOURNEY
I OFTEN WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO…
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches depending on your individual needs.
My work is informed by attachment theory, relational psychotherapy, person-centred values, and body awareness. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I'm interested in understanding how your experiences, relationships, and ways of coping have developed over time.
Together, we can explore not only what is happening in your life now, but also the deeper patterns that may be shaping how you relate to yourself and others.
I work collaboratively and believe that therapy should adapt to you, rather than expecting you to fit a particular model.
