Areas I work with:

Anxiety and overthinking

You may find yourself constantly worrying about what might happen, replaying conversations, or feeling responsible for getting everything right. Anxiety can be exhausting and can leave little room for rest, spontaneity, or self-compassion.

Together, we can explore not only the symptoms of anxiety, but also the deeper fears, experiences, and patterns that may be sustaining it.

Self-esteem and self-criticism

Many people I work with struggle with a harsh inner critic. You may find it difficult to acknowledge your strengths, feel that you're never quite enough, or constantly compare yourself to others.

Therapy can help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and understand where these beliefs about yourself may have come from.

Relationship difficulties

Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling to trust others, avoiding conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by the needs and expectations of those around you.

Our relationships often reflect ways of relating that developed much earlier in life. Together, we can explore these patterns and begin creating space for new possibilities.

People-pleasing and boundaries

You may often prioritise other people's needs above your own, find it difficult to say no, or feel responsible for keeping everyone around you happy.

Therapy can help you better understand these patterns and develop a stronger sense of your own needs, limits, and values.

Life transitions and change

Life doesn't always unfold as expected. You may be navigating a significant life change, such as becoming a parent, changing careers, moving home, ending a relationship, or questioning who you are and what you want.

Therapy can provide a space to reflect, process uncertainty, and move through change at your own pace.

Grief and loss

Grief can take many forms. It may follow the death of someone important, the end of a relationship, the loss of a hoped-for future, or changes that leave you feeling disconnected from who you once were.

I offer a compassionate space where grief can be acknowledged and understood without pressure to move on or find quick solutions.

Feeling stuck or disconnected

Sometimes there is no single problem to point to. You may simply feel lost, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about why life feels difficult.

Therapy can help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or pushed aside.

Identity, culture and belonging

As a Polish therapist working in English and Polish, I understand some of the complexities that can come with living between cultures, navigating different expectations, and searching for a sense of belonging.

I welcome conversations about identity, culture, family expectations, and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and others.

If you're unsure whether therapy with me would be the right fit, you're welcome to book a free 15–20 minute introductory call.

We can talk about what's bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels appropriate.
