Each session is 50 minutes long. We will meet on the same day, at the same time. If you're late or delayed it will not be possible to extend the session beyond the usual finishing time. The time is reserved for you as agreed and is not available to others. If you are unable to attend you will be charged the full rate for the missed appointment.

If you have to reschedule or cancel, please give me minimum 48 hours notice if sessions are in person, and 24 hours if online.

Session duration

All discussions in Counselling and Psychotherapy are confidential. There are of course some legal exceptions and limitations to this, which are there to help keep you safe and these will be explained at your first session.

All client records are protected by the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act and no client information is shared with any third party.  Again, any exceptions to this policy would occur only where necessary to protect the safety of clients or others. I will not contact you on any telephone number or at any address if explicitly asked not to. No information is gathered through the use or operation of this website that can identify visitors to the site. Anonymous visitor statistics are collected to measure the level of site traffic.

Fees

I operate a sliding scale fee, depending on your circumstances and location. The cost of the therapy is between £60 and £80. Please note, I review my fees annually.
