Have you been finding yourself stuck in the same patterns, wondering why certain situations or relationships keep bringing up the same feelings? Maybe you’ve noticed yourself reacting in ways that don’t always make sense, or that leave you feeling guilty, frustrated or misunderstood. It can be confusing and exhausting to keep going around in circles without really knowing what’s underneath it all.

Sometimes people come to therapy because they feel weighed down by anxiety, sadness, or a sense of being overwhelmed. Others come because something has shifted -  a loss, a big change, or even a new opportunity - and they want support to navigate it. You might not have words for what you’re going through, just a sense that something isn’t working and you’d like life to feel different.

“One of the greatest freedoms is how we react to things”

Charlie Mackesy

Therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and understand yourself more deeply. Together, we can begin to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, so that you can find new ways of responding and relating - both to yourself and to others. My aim is to meet you where you are, with curiosity, empathy and respect, and to walk alongside you as you discover more clarity and ease in your life. For more information about me and my approach, please check out About Me.

I offer a free introductory 15-20 minute online or telephone call so that you can decide if you’d like to work with me. Please contact me at hello@justynaoconnelltherapy.com and have a look at my fees and services for more information.
