My journey

My journey into therapy began as a client, and experiencing its profound impact on my own life and relationships inspired me to become a therapist. I work with adults in English and Polish, and as a British and Polish citizen, I understand what it’s like to navigate different cultures and can draw on that experience to support international clients.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in London in media and publishing, which gave me a deep interest in building relationships and understanding different personalities. I bring this curiosity, openness, and attentiveness to therapy, alongside my core values of empathy, respect, and collaboration, to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

My qualifications

I’m a qualified and BACP-registered counsellor, trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe’s longest-established and leading institutions for Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I’m currently completing my Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy.

My work is fully insured and professionally supervised in accordance with BACP guidelines, and I adhere to BACP codes of ethics.

My approach and what you can expect

I work as an integrative therapist, which means I draw from several therapeutic models and adapt them to what you specifically need. I don’t believe one approach fits all. Instead, I pay close attention to how you make sense of your world, how you relate to others, and what helps you feel safe enough to explore yourself more fully.

My work is grounded in attachment theory, so together we’ll look at the patterns you developed early in life that may still shape your relationships, expectations, and emotional responses today. We explore these patterns gently and collaboratively, helping you understand where they come from and how you might create new ways of relating that feel more secure and authentic.

I also integrate somatic (body-based) work, because our bodies often hold experiences and emotions long before our minds find the words. I’ll invite you to notice sensations, tension, breath, and posture - not to analyse them, but to understand how your body communicates stress, safety, or overwhelm. This part of the work often helps clients feel more grounded, present, and connected to themselves.

Overall, therapy with me is a space where:

  • You set the pace.

  • Your emotional and physical responses are taken seriously.

  • We explore both your past and your present, without rushing to solutions.

  • You are supported to reconnect with your inner resources, resilience, and capacity to make meaningful change.

My aim is to help you feel seen, understood, and able to develop a steadier sense of yourself - both in your relationships and in your body.
